Join Us and Embrace Menopause at the Menopause Festival!
Listen to the Experts and Embrace Menopause:
Menopause applies to all women at or after a certain age. The changes experienced during menopause can have a significant impact on wellbeing and quality of life, making it important to recognise and address the symptoms, both physiocal and emotional. Yet many women have limited knowledge of menopause, and many misconceptions persist. Some women assume that menopause is awful, sweat-filled, sexless and sleepless. But most people have mild to moderate symptoms.
At Posture Plus, we are the first clinic outside Australia to be licensed to carry out Onero™, which is an evidence-based exercise program that has been developed specifically to prevent osteoporotic fracture, maximize bone density and prevent falls. We are trained to deliver this program and provide the expertise and support to ensure our patients manage their bone health safely. Our team of physiotherapists has been helping women experiencing menopause restore strength throughout their bodies, improving overall well-being.
Our Clinic Founder and Director at Posture Plus Judith Gould, who is also a physiotherapist, will be a speaker at the Menopause Festival.
Join the Menopause Festival which gives you exclusive access to the cutting-edge medical expertise, wellness strategies, and midlife reinvention tactics, all in a supportive community.

Judith is the founder of Posture Plus Hong Kong, She has over 35 years of experience in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and holds degrees from the University of Queensland and Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
Judith has spent the last 25 of her 35 year physiotherapy career focusing on the assessment and treatment of dysfunctional posture and movement patterns through rehabilitation exercise.
Having observed a high rate of osteoporosis and osteopenia prevalent in her client base, Judith started to explore what current treatment options were available both in Hong Kong and around the world. During that search, she came across LIFTMOR, a study which showed dramatic improvement in the bone density of subjects (with osteopenia and osteoporosis) through a specific targeted exercise programme. It seemed a natural progression of her current practice to open Bone Health, and to become one of the first physiotherapists to complete the Onero™ Academy Programme outside of Australia.
She passionately believes in the importance of patient education in order to empower her patients to take charge of their own health. With Onero™she hopes to show people that they can improve their bone health safely and effectively through exercise based treatment.
