Experience & Background

In 1996, I qualified as a Physical Therapist in the USA.  Throughout my career, I worked in outpatient sports and orthopedic settings as well as in acute care rehabilitation units. Prior to relocating to Hong Kong in 2006, I was the Director of the USA Triathlon National Training Center in Clermont, Florida.

I gained extensive sports Physiotherapy experience working with elite sports teams at the national and international levels. I have also worked with the USA 2004 and 2008 Olympic Triathlon, Track and Field athletes.

I continued my special interest in this area in Hong Kong by working closely with local triathletes, enabling them to return to their sport and remain injury-free. I also work closely with regional orthopedic surgeons on post-surgical protocol design and rehabilitation.

I believe that education plays a vital role in the treatment and prevention of injury.  Using functional movement and motion analysis in my approach to treatment and program design for clients.

Personal Interests

In my spare time, I enjoy trail running in Hong Kong and practicing yoga daily.
