Sunil qualified as a Physiotherapist in India. Since then, he has earned diplomas in clinical acupuncture and football medicine as well as completing a postgraduate Master’s degree of Rehabilitation at HKPU. He has over 15 years of extensive experience in both public and private hospitals, the Hong Kong Sports Institute (HKSI) as well as several private practices in Hong Kong.
He has provided Sports Physiotherapy treatments to a wide variety of Hong Kong National sporting teams, including fencing, rugby, badminton, swimming and para-badminton. He traveled extensively with HKSI teams to many international events including Fencing and Para-badminton World Championships and the World Cup treating both Olympic and Paralympic medalists. Sunil has transferred that elite sports experience into treating everyday clients with both chronic and acute musculoskeletal injuries. He also hopes to continue his post-graduate clinical research in the future, examining the effect of active isolated stretching on low back pain.
Sunil strives to provide the highest level of healthcare; using evidence-based practice and compassionate treatment to help people to reach their optimal physical function and well-being.
